In cooperation with various public agencies, LDES has coordinated on-site meetings, review change-order, arrange for special inspections as necessary, and provide project cost estimates.
Moreover, LDES has established an effective approach to construction management and inspection that has proven successful on previous projects. The key to that approach lies in the existing flexibility within our staff to perform multiple roles when fulfilling project responsibilities.
