What we did
The project consists 60-lot subdivision with over 2,500 linear feet of crushed limestone trails meeting the City of Ferndale Park Department Standards. The review agencies for this project are the City of Ferndale Public Works, WSDOE, and the Army Corps of Engineers. LDES prepared civil design, plans, and specifications. Also, performed construction staking and construction management. LDES successfully delivered the project on time and within budget.
