Certified Erosion and Sediment Control Lead (CESCL)

LDES personnel are knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of soil erosion and sedimentation all aspects of sediment and erosion control. Our personnel have studied and implemented traditional erosion control methods as well as innovative methods. LDES provides construction site stormwater management, soil erosion inspections, and sampling at construction sites. Our personnel responsible for construction stormwater inspections and sampling at construction sites are certified in the state of Washington.
