What we did

This project comprises 11 apartments, ranging from 3 to 6 units, including an office and apartment unit. LDES provides civil design, land surveying, and additional support to the architect, such as creating exhibits for wetland buffer mitigation. The civil design includes frontage improvements at three public roads, sidewalks, sanitary sewer, potable water, and stormwater conveyance, and vaults.
