Saxon Road Re-Alignment

What we did

This project involved the construction of approximately 2800 lineal feet of paved roadway, vacating the existing road adjacent to the Nooksack River, re-alignment of the existing channel from the Lummi Nation Hatchery to the Nooksack River, the installation of 55 lineal feet of a fish friendly 144" multi-plate arch-pipe culvert, and 5600 lineal feet of a bio-infiltration swale. In addition to design services, LDES provided all project management, inspection, survey base mapping, ROW acquisition, and construction surveying for this project. Ramon was the Engineer of Record and Project Manager for this project.
