Lummi Shore Drive Pedestrian Path: Phase 1

This project provides for the improvement of approximately 4,000 LF of curb, gutter, sidewalk, and roadway widening including the construction and installation of storm sewer systems. LDES performed civil design, project management, as well as survey base mapping, ROW acquisition, construction surveying, and record drawings for this project. LDES was responsible for civil design, preparation for the P&S (bid and contract documents), and design change orders and managed four sub-consultants: environments, geotechnical, permitting, and archaeological. The project was successfully completed.
