Youth Academy

What we did

Lummi Youth Academy, an approximately 13,000 square-foot building, a 40-bed residence next to the Lummi Nation School, expects to do better in school with the support services available at the academy. The academy offers a home for boys and girls. Many students can stay with family members on weekends and during the summer, but they can also live at the academy 365 days a year if they choose.

LDES prepared civil design, plans, and specifications. Also, performed construction staking, construction management, engineering inspection, and monitoring. LDES coordinated with sub-consultants and the Tribe to successfully deliver the project on time and within budget.
