Design Lummi Shore road while working for Reichhardt and Ebe Engineering. Also built the project while working for a construction company. Approx. 2 mile road. (Construction cost approx $4 million.)

Key Issues:

• Maintaining traffic through the site during relocation of the existing roadway,
• As-builting existing utilities within the new alignment of the road prior to design, to finesse vertical alignment and maintain required cover over utilities, while meeting grading requirements along the roadway alignment.
• Abandonment of a portion of Lummi View Drive
